Overview
Liam E. Rhodes is an Associate in Shapiro Sher’s Corporate & Securities Law group. He assists the Firm’s business and corporate clients in the purchase and sale of assets and ownership interests, entity formation, organizational documentation, mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, intellectual property assignments, private offerings, and other general corporate matters.
He holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as the Business Editor of the Law Review and Rule 19 student attorney in the Criminal Practice Clinic. Liam served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Andrew M. Battista, Associate Judge for the Baltimore County Circuit Court. Prior to joining Shapiro Sher, Liam worked at another Baltimore-based firm, where he primarily represented clients in regulatory enforcement matters before the SEC, FINRA, state securities regulators, and other financial regulators and self-regulatory organizations.
