Overview
Buck Davies is a Banking and Financial Services Associate at Shapiro Sher, where his practice focuses on financial services litigation, complex commercial disputes, commercial finance transactions, and loan enforcement and workout matters.
Buck brings a strong litigation background from both public and private practice. Most recently, Buck served as an Assistant State’s Attorney with the Baltimore County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he managed a high-volume caseload and prosecuted cases through trial, building strong courtroom and case strategy experience.
Buck previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Cahill, Jr. in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, where he conducted legal research and assisted in drafting judicial opinions. While in law school, Buck worked in private practice supporting business law and litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, and contributing to overall case development.
Buck earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.
