"Cost Effective Approaches to Dealing with ESI"

Shapiro Sher partner Matthew A.S. Esworthy serves as a panelist on the subject of cost-effective ESI, at the American Bar Association Criminal Justice Section's Spring Conference on E-Discovery in Government Investigations and Criminal Litigation.

Mr. Esworthy's panel discussion at the ABA's event in Los Angeles was titled, "Cost Effective Approaches to Dealing with ESI." Mr. Esworthy currently serves as co-chair of the ABA Criminal Justice Section's Cyber Crime Committee.
