Attorney Profile
Liam E. Rhodes is an associate in the Firm’s Business Law department. He assists with a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including securities law matters, private offerings, corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions, licensing agreements, entity formation, and other business law matters.
Prior to joining Shapiro Sher, Mr. Rhodes worked as an associate at another Baltimore-based firm, where he primarily represented clients in regulatory enforcement matters before the SEC, FINRA, state securities regulators, and other financial regulators and self-regulatory organizations. He also served as a judicial law clerk for Honorable Andrew M. Battista of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.
Mr. Rhodes graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as the Business Editor of the Law Review and as a Rule 19 student attorney in the Criminal Practice Clinic.
